Your data is stored on servers located in the United States, using Cloudflare's infrastructure. We protect your data with:

• Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+)
• Encryption at rest
• Multi-factor authentication on all administrative accounts
• Access restricted to authorized personnel only

Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services. When you delete your account or request data deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.

Data received through the TikTok Shop API is retained in accordance with TikTok's partner data policies and is deleted when no longer needed for service delivery.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of certain data processing
